About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own day-to-day production operations across FOS video, social, studio, branded, and event productions
  • Build and maintain production calendars, shoot schedules, call sheets, crew plans, and run-of-show documents
  • Coordinate freelance crews, vendors, studios, equipment rentals, travel, permits, releases, vendor agreements, insurance requirements, and other production logistics
  • Serve as a central operational point of contact between editorial, video, social, talent, sales, creative, finance, and external production partners
  • Manage production budgets, estimates, purchase orders, invoices, expenses, and reconciliations in partnership with finance and department leadership
  • Support daily and recurring programming, including Front Office Sports Tonight, while keeping field productions and social shoots on track
  • Anticipate production risks and create contingency plans for schedule changes, travel disruptions, staffing gaps, equipment needs, and editorial pivots
  • Maintain organized production documentation, vendor records, rate cards, crew contacts, equipment inventories, templates, and shared project trackers
  • Uphold production standards around safety, releases, rights, brand requirements, and talent/partner obligations
  • Identify workflow improvements, reduce unnecessary costs, and help creative teams move quickly without sacrificing quality

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of production management, line producing, or production operations experience in digital media, television, live events, agency, or sports media
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple productions at once, often on tight timelines and with shifting priorities
  • Strong command of production budgeting, scheduling, crew/vendor management, travel logistics, equipment rentals, and expense reconciliation
  • Experience supporting studio, field, live, and social-first productions
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style; comfortable working across creative, editorial, commercial, and operational teams
  • Exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and comfort operating independently
  • A calm, solutions-first approach when plans change
  • Familiarity with sports media, talent-driven content, and branded production is a plus
