About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct behavior or functional analytic assessment processes
- Develop case supervision and clinical management plans
- Develop and implement ABA Treatment Plans
- Consult with Registered Behavior Technicians or Behavior Technicians about client and family concerns
- Select appropriate stimulus materials and treatment modalities
- Include clients and families in treatment goals and train families on treatment strategies and carryover skills
- Present therapy materials and techniques with clear, concise instructions
- Accurately record and track daily client and family progress
- Use session time efficiently to meet treatment objectives
- Provide accurate and immediate feedback to clients and families
- Plan client discharge
- Support transition into FronteraCare's clinical model, including adoption of assessment, documentation, and data tools
- Provide practical feedback on new tools and workflows during integration
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB, with at least 3 years of certification
- Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
- General knowledge and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Four or more years of experience working with a pediatric population
- Four or more years of experience in an applied setting participating in functional assessments and analyses, and developing, implementing, and overseeing behavior plans
- Proficient computer skills in Excel, database management, and record keeping
- Effective oral and written communication
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
- High level of confidentiality and excellent organizational skills
- Bilingual, able to deliver services and communicate with families in both Spanish and English
- Openness to adopting new clinical technology and workflows
- Comfort operating through organizational change
