About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide operational and administrative support for leadership development programmes and workforce development training offers
  • Attend workshops and residentials, both in-person and online, to support delivery and participant experience
  • Coordinate venues, facilitators, resources, digital materials, and participant communications
  • Liaise with external facilitators and manage contracts, fees, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain participant data, attendance, and evaluation tracking systems
  • Draft and manage joining instructions, programme updates, feedback surveys, and certificates
  • Prepare programme materials, resources, and digital assets
  • Support project planning, risk tracking, and logistics mapping
  • Improve administrative processes, templates, and delivery systems
  • Coordinate meetings and calendars, handle documents, assist with reporting, and maintain project documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Administrative or operational support within a programme, project, training, or event delivery environment
  • Experience coordinating logistics such as venues, facilitators, travel arrangements, accessibility, and participant support requirements
  • Experience preparing communications, documents, or digital materials for internal or external audiences
  • Experience managing or maintaining tracking systems, databases, or project documentation
  • Experience providing responsive support to participants, clients, or customers
  • Confidence working with digital systems, databases, and Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience supporting feedback collection, evaluation activities, and collation of client testimonials or case study material
  • Knowledge of leadership development, workforce development, education, or children's social care sectors
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail
