About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Edit Reels and TikToks using fast cuts, strong hooks, subtitles, and transitions.
- Develop original short-form video ideas and incorporate current trends for the brand.
- Adapt hooks, pacing, and captions for TikTok and Instagram.
- Work closely with founder Stef from the initial idea through editing to the final export.
- Apply color correction, create clean subtitles, and design cohesive thumbnails.
- Deliver videos for a growing community and monitor content performance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with and a strong understanding of short-form content for Reels and TikTok.
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro or CapCut.
- Ability to edit quickly, cleanly, and rhythmically.
- Knowledge of hooks, pacing, subtitles, and transitions.
- Strong understanding of trends, with the ability to analyze and adapt current transitions, hooks, and formats.
- Knowledge of color correction, subtitle creation, and thumbnail design.
- Independent, reliable working style and ability to meet deadlines without micromanagement.
- Passion for nutrition and a healthy lifestyle.
- Availability for 30–40 hours per week.
- Hybrid role based in Germany, with one team day per month in Würzburg.
