About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a portfolio of projects of varying size and complexity across the United States
  • Serve as the primary customer point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintain daily customer communication, address concerns, provide updates, and ensure alignment
  • Lead external communications regarding delivery status, RFIs, construction and commissioning support, change orders, and customer requests
  • Provide executive leadership with updates on project execution, financial performance, expenses, requirements, escalations, and risks
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and internal timelines
  • Coordinate cross-functional internal teams and external partners to maintain scope, schedule, and budget
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and contractual obligations
  • Provide customer support before, during, and after installation
  • Oversee daily system updates and project data maintenance
  • Apply continuous improvement principles to enhance processes and reduce costs
  • Develop and refine standard processes supporting operational excellence
  • Lead root cause analysis for late deliveries, cost variances, and product deficiencies
  • Travel to customer meetings and construction sites
  • Drive customer value, operational efficiency, and successful project delivery for Voyager+ and 1P Pioneer Tracker products

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required (preferred fields: Logistics, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related discipline)
  • 4+ years of experience in project management or a customer-facing role
  • 3–5 years of experience in supply chain operations preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with construction contracts and construction contract administration, if applicable to role
  • Demonstrated leadership and relationship-building skills
  • Strong integrity and commitment to meeting and exceeding expectations
  • High accountability and proactiveness
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, root cause analysis, and process improvement skills
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and quantitative skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
