About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between IT and business areas
  • Understand the strategies, objectives, and challenges of internal client areas
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes through technology

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Solid experience in IT project management
  • Experience as a Business Partner, Business Analyst, PMO professional, or Project Manager
  • Experience working at the interface between corporate functions and technology
  • Experience in portfolio management, demand prioritization, and governance
  • Practical knowledge of Generative AI
  • Experience identifying and implementing AI use cases to optimize business processes
  • Experience delivering digital transformation projects using Generative AI
  • Knowledge of automation and AI platforms such as Power Platform, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, or similar technologies
  • Experience creating, implementing, or governing AI Agents for service delivery, productivity, or process automation
  • Knowledge of AI governance, Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD), and responsible AI use
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Knowledge of traditional methodologies (PMBOK, Waterfall)
  • Knowledge of portfolio and demand management
  • Knowledge of requirements gathering and documentation
  • Knowledge of risk management and performance indicators
  • Knowledge of project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, Monday, or similar tools)
  • Knowledge of Power BI for developing and analyzing performance indicators
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
  • Scrum Master or Product Owner certification
  • Experience in the education sector
