About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support and ongoing maintenance for the company’s corporate systems
Handle, analyze, classify, and resolve service tickets, ensuring compliance with established SLAs
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve incidents and issues related to business applications
Provide functional support to users, answer questions, and provide guidance on system usage
Support the implementation of enhancements, fixes, and new functionalities
Execute functional tests and validate implemented solutions
Keep technical and functional documentation up to date
Liaise with vendors and partners to monitor incidents, enhancements, and projects
Participate in meetings with business teams to gather and understand requirements
Monitor system integrations and identify impacts on corporate processes
Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT support and governance processes
Serve as the focal point for support of corporate systems
Demonstrate commitment to the quality of services provided to users
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and technology solutions
Work effectively in dynamic environments with multiple competing demands

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related field
Experience supporting and maintaining corporate systems
Strong knowledge of TOTVS Datasul and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Experience managing and handling incidents and service requests
Knowledge of databases and SQL queries
Experience analyzing system integrations
Ability to prepare functional and technical documentation
Experience working with users, business teams, and vendors
Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, and Agile) — preferred
Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI) — preferred
Knowledge of REST APIs and integrations — preferred
Knowledge of ITIL — preferred
Experience working on digital transformation projects — preferred
