About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead inventory management and optimization, ensuring a balance between product availability, service levels, and operational efficiency
- Define, implement, and review inventory and replenishment policies
- Establish governance mechanisms
- Develop management dashboards and performance indicators
- Conduct analyses to support decision-making and continuous improvement of results
- Work collaboratively with Demand Planning, S&OP, Logistics, and Operations
- Actively participate in strategic meetings
- Lead analyses and propose solutions to reduce stockouts, minimize excess inventory, and maximize inventory health across all branches
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- Advanced Excel skills, including modeling, analysis, pivot tables, and automation
- Experience with Power BI for developing dashboards, performance indicators, and analyses
- Knowledge of programming and process automation (VBA, SQL, Python, Power Automate, or similar tools) is a plus
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, Operations Management, or a related field is a plus
- Experience with distribution planning and replenishment processes
- Strong ownership, initiative, and ability to influence
- Strategic and holistic understanding of Supply Chain
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
- Experience with DRP, inventory management, and replenishment policies
- Experience creating dashboards, KPIs, and action plans
- Ability to lead discussions and translate analyses into business results
