About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, implement, configure, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Analyze requirements with business teams and Product Owners, translating needs into technical and functional solutions
  • Create, maintain, and optimize automation flows using Microsoft Power Automate
  • Develop and document business rules and integrations involving the CRM
  • Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, and processes in Dynamics 365
  • Analyze and resolve incidents, bugs, and enhancement requests
  • Participate in CRM implementation and upgrade projects
  • Monitor and ensure the performance and stability of automation flows
  • Support Key Users in using the platform
  • Prepare technical and functional documentation for implemented solutions
  • Work collaboratively with development, infrastructure, and business teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience developing with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including Sales, Customer Service, or related modules
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft Power Pages
  • Experience modeling and automating business processes
  • Knowledge of Dataverse
  • Experience creating and maintaining workflows and automated flows
  • Knowledge of integrations using REST APIs
  • Experience analyzing and resolving incidents and providing user support
  • Knowledge of SQL for queries and data analysis
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban
  • Knowledge of Power Apps
  • Knowledge of Power BI
  • Knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Azure Integration Services
  • Experience developing C# plugins for Dynamics 365
  • Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 or Power Platform
  • Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for Power Platform
  • Experience with Azure DevOps
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with technical teams and, especially, business stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
