About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage day-to-day activities of projects
Interact with consultants, supervisors, and client personnel
Apply analytical skills and existing methodologies to client situations and practice disciplines
Create novel, customized solutions to meet shifting client needs
Use logical reasoning to provide complete client service
Ensure quality products and delivery of work within established timeframes
Introduce additional FTI services to clients as needs dictate
Provide superior client service in demanding, deadline-driven situations
Maintain a professional image within and outside the firm
Manage multiple aspects of specific client matters

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
6+ years of relevant experience utilizing eDiscovery technology (Relativity, Nuix Discover, and/or Reveal)
Ability to travel to clients and FTI office(s) as needed
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis
This position does not provide visa sponsorship
Strong proficiency with Windows and related software, such as Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with Microsoft Access and SharePoint
Excellent communication and client interface skills
Outstanding client service in demanding, deadline-driven situations
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
