About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead individual project modules and small workstreams in client billable project work
  • Formulate strategic recommendations and implement changes for clients
  • Structure problems, gather data, execute analyses, sense-check results, and derive insights
  • Synthesize and present findings clearly within the larger context
  • Manage project modules with guidance from senior team members
  • Prioritize tasks, manage workloads, communicate project statuses, and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines
  • Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to junior consultants, staff, and interns
  • Develop intellectual capital, including white papers and points of view
  • Develop client pitches and proposals
  • Build professional relationships with senior client teams and manage client teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration
  • 5+ years relevant post-graduate experience
  • Prior experience in professional services, consulting, or investment banking with Technology as a focus area
  • Ability to travel to clients and FTI Consulting office(s) as needed
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • Position will not sponsor applicants for work visas
  • Preferred: Master's in Business and Administration
  • Preferred: Prior experience in management consulting or professional services environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excel and financial proficiency
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workloads efficiently, communicate project statuses, and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines
  • Ability to influence and add value in an international environment
