About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute technical investigations including blockchain analytics, fund flow tracing, and data analysis
Review smart contracts and blockchain platforms
Support delivery of risk framework and due diligence mandates
Prepare client-ready reports, expert summaries, and analytical workpapers
Conduct market and regulatory research for pitches and proposals
Maintain and build knowledge of blockchain tools, analytics platforms, and emerging protocols
Support proposal writing and business development materials
Support client engagement teams delivering professional, investigative, and expert-report services
Translate client requirements into formal agreements and establish solutions and workflows
Develop clients’ blockchain and digital assets solutions and manage project consulting
Contribute to cost estimation, budget adherence, schedules, timelines, and other deliverables
Contribute to thought-leadership initiatives, go-to-market strategies, sales efforts, and practice development
Expand client relationships and support business development initiatives
Provide project management and support to team leads and clients
Deliver daily project engagement updates to team leads
Respond to client requests and set clear expectations with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree
Experience in consulting, data analytics, business intelligence, investigative research, blockchain technology, crypto assets, DeFi, CeFi, NFTs, or related areas
Experience in code review
Advanced communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels internally and externally
Must travel to clients and FTI offices
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Position does not provide visa sponsorship
Strong quantitative and qualitative research and analytical skills
Ability to adapt quickly while handling multiple or evolving tasks and changing deadlines
Ability to utilize technology to solve complex problems
Strong written and speaking skills; ability to create status reports, official reports, and forensic reports
Experience contributing to high-performing teams in an accelerated growth environment
Well-developed analytical skills and ability to synthesize large amounts of information
