About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Interview, screen, and extend offers to potential field and office employees
  • Assist Talent and Workforce Management functions with departmental initiatives and programs
  • Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking events, referrals, and talent databases
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across key functions and geographic markets
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and engagement while assessing interest and qualifications
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, target profiles, and sourcing strategies
  • Track sourcing activity, pipeline metrics, and market trends to improve recruiting outcomes
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates and strengthen the organization’s talent brand

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communication, or Business and one year of Human Resources experience; or Associate’s degree and two years of administrative experience in Human Resources
  • Travel: 0-10%
  • Typical work hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday–Friday; work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs
  • Successfully pass a background and drug test
  • Ability to proactively source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking events, referrals, and talent databases
  • Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines
  • Ability to conduct candidate outreach and assess interest and qualifications
  • Ability to track sourcing activity, pipeline metrics, and market trends
  • Ability to develop and execute sourcing techniques for passive candidates
