About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform basic equipment installation under supervision
- Assist with routine inspections and testing
- Identify simple issues and perform standard repairs or adjustments
- Assist with small project execution, including modernization and upgrades
- Interpret blueprints and service documentation with guidance
- Support basic electrical system audits
- Document site information and prepare initial technical reports
- Communicate with customer coordinators as needed
- Follow safety procedures and maintain clean job sites, tools, and vehicles
- Provide accurate daily time and expense records
- Handle defective parts for return or disposal
- Deliver responsive customer service in support roles
- Support troubleshooting for common equipment faults
- Follow documented guidelines for repairs and adjustments
- Maintain detailed service records
- Follow company procedures for customer interaction
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Journeyman Electrician License
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft and strong capability with general computer software tools
- Ability to travel 50%
- Ability to work between 6 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to pass a background and drug test
