About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Allocate field resources efficiently to meet project needs
  • Provide insight and recommendations to Operational Leaders on workforce planning and decision making
  • Collaborate with Operational teams to understand current and future workforce needs and create project staffing plans
  • Assign team members to projects based on staffing plans
  • Communicate work assignment changes to affected individuals and relevant team members
  • Alert Operational Leaders when staffing plans cannot be met and assist with contingency plans
  • Develop an overall outlook of future staffing needs with Operational teams
  • Provide staffing-related information visibility to company stakeholders
  • Compile, analyze, review, forecast, and trend complex workforce and staffing data
  • Present analysis and interpretation to Operational and business leadership for planning and decision making
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED and 2-4 years of progressive administrative/field experience in the Operations or Construction field, or an Associate's degree and 6 months-1 year of progressive administrative/field experience in the Operations or Construction field
  • Travel: 0-5%
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • Work between 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday-Friday, with flexibility to work any day or time as business needs require
  • Successful completion of a background and drug test
