About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary Process & Systems contact for assigned facilities
Build relationships with frontline employees, facility leadership, subject matter experts, and process owners
Maintain an active presence within facility operations and understand workflows, challenges, priorities, and emerging needs
Respond to process and application support concerns and communicate status, ownership, and next steps
Conduct initial discovery through employee conversations, process observation, document review, and basic data gathering
Create process maps, process notes, screenshots, examples, and supporting documentation
Coordinate short-term stabilization actions and resolve lower-complexity issues within established standards and approved tools
Provide frontline support for FUSION applications, ERP-related processes, Smartsheet solutions, dashboards, workflows, and other approved tools
Gather technical details and investigate reported application concerns
Coordinate facility-level activities for process changes, application releases, and improvement initiatives
Support user acceptance testing, training materials, job aids, communications, standard work, go-live activities, and stabilization
Identify continuous improvement and standardization opportunities through observations, feedback, support trends, and recurring problems
Transition process-focused opportunities to Process Analysts and system-focused opportunities to Systems Analysts
Maintain records of support concerns, discovery activities, decisions, actions, handoffs, and outcomes
Follow established intake, prioritization, documentation, implementation, and closure standards
Protect confidential, sensitive, or restricted business and employee information
Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED required
1 year of experience in operational support, facility support, customer service, process improvement, project coordination, logistics, manufacturing, application support, or a related field required
Travel: 0-10%
Ability to work a flexible schedule between 7am and 5pm, Monday through Friday
Employment contingent upon successfully passing a background and drug test
