About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee planning, execution, and finalization of medium to large scale projects
  • Acquire project resources and coordinate team members across the company
  • Work closely with stakeholders to deliver projects according to plan
  • Define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business owners, sponsors, vendors, consultants, and key clients
  • Manage all project-related communication for appropriate audiences
  • Develop project plans using standard templates and methods
  • Identify resources, availability, and task assignments; resolve conflicts in priorities, tasks, and dependencies
  • Track task and action-item completion and keep the project team informed
  • Lead project meetings and portfolio reporting for assigned projects
  • Gather information to estimate effort, cost, scope, timeline, processes, and resources
  • Ensure technical and business requirements are identified and achieved
  • Manage project budget, time, and scope
  • Lead the team toward self-organization and self-management
  • Remove impediments affecting team productivity
  • Coach the team on Agile values and principles
  • Facilitate Scrum events
  • Report project progress, risks, and challenges to stakeholders
  • Guide continuous process and performance improvement through retrospectives
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or Business required; or relevant experience
  • PMP is a plus
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Travel: 0-10%
  • Work between 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday-Friday, with flexibility to work at any time to meet business needs
  • Successfully pass a background and drug test
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Healthy curiosity
