About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and finalization of medium to large-scale projects
  • Acquire resources and coordinate team members across the company
  • Work closely with stakeholders to deliver projects according to plan
  • Define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with business owners, project sponsors, vendors, consultants, and key clients
  • Manage all project-related communication for appropriate audiences
  • Develop project plans using standard templates and methodologies
  • Identify resources, availability, and task assignments with project managers, technology leaders, and business users
  • Track and manage task and action-item completion
  • Lead project meetings and portfolio status reporting
  • Gather information to estimate cost, scope, timeline, processes, and resources
  • Ensure technical and business requirements are identified and achieved
  • Manage project budget, time, and scope
  • Resolve conflicts involving priorities, tasks, and dependencies
  • Lead teams toward self-organization and self-management
  • Remove impediments affecting team productivity
  • Coach teams on Agile values and principles
  • Facilitate Scrum events
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and challenges to stakeholders
  • Guide continuous process and performance improvement through retrospectives
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or Business required; or relevant experience
  • PMP is a plus
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Travel requirement of 0-10%
  • Ability to work between 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday-Friday, with flexibility to work any time or day to meet business needs
  • Successful completion of a background and drug test required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Healthy curiosity
