About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create, organize, edit, and maintain engaging, high-quality training content
  • Develop video scripts, storyboards, presentations, eLearning modules, training videos, simulations, and performance support tools
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, Product managers, Engineering teams, Aftermarket teams, and the training manager
  • Gather technical information and convert it into engaging, learner-friendly content
  • Ensure training materials meet brand, accessibility, and quality standards
  • Adapt content for classroom, virtual, learning library, and self-paced delivery
  • Incorporate interactivity, scenarios, and assessments to improve learner engagement and knowledge retention
  • Review content periodically for accuracy, relevance, and alignment with product updates or organizational changes
  • Support multimedia, graphics, AR/VR training options, and animations
  • Maintain version control and content organization within LMS or content management systems
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Technical Communication, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in training content development, instructional design, or related role
  • Proficiency in eLearning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Experience creating blended learning materials, including instructor-led training guides, participant workbooks, job aids, and multimedia assets
  • Familiarity with technical writing, graphic design principles, and adult learning theory
  • Experience writing scripts, knowledge-based articles, planning training videos, creating storyboards, and developing microlearning libraries
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
  • Availability to work between 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday–Friday, with flexibility to work at any time on any day to meet business needs
  • Employment contingent upon successfully passing a background and drug test
