About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Learn and use Revit, Autodesk Fabrication, and AutoCAD
- Learn and conduct clash detection tests and model reviews using Navisworks, Solibri, and Revizto
- Interpret schematics and schedules
- Draw building services, ductwork, pipework, and electrical systems
- Produce 2D sheets
- Learn 3D model authorship
- Learn how Fulcro assists clients with implementing and following project specification documentation
- Set up and manage Project Information Models
- Attend internal and external coordination/review meetings
- Assist the Project/Delivery Manager with task completion
- Develop into a multi-disciplined technician through training and optional academic qualification
Requirements
What you’ll need- Good IT skills, specifically Microsoft Windows Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint)
- GCSE Grade A-C (4+) in Maths and English
- Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK
- Proof of eligibility will be required
- Interest in 3D Computer Aided Design (CAD)
- Technical problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize
- Construction Industry Experience (desirable)
- Higher Qualifications relevant to the industry (desirable)
