About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create, maintain, and execute performance test scripts for web, mobile, and API applications using NeoLoad, JMeter, or similar tools
- Plan and run load, stress, and performance tests, and monitor system behavior during execution
- Analyze response times, throughput, and error rates to identify performance bottlenecks and likely causes
- Use Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Azure Monitor, Grafana, or Splunk to correlate test results with application and infrastructure behavior
- Prepare clear test reports and findings and present results to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Partner with development and infrastructure teams to diagnose performance issues and support remediation through completion
- Turn raw test data into clear findings for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-3 years of experience in load and performance testing
- Hands-on experience with NeoLoad, JMeter, or similar tools
- Working understanding of load, stress, and performance testing concepts
- Experience testing web, mobile, and API applications
- Knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP/HTTPS, JSON, and SQL
- Ability to execute tests, analyze results, and identify performance bottlenecks
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Azure Monitor, Grafana, or Splunk
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working independently in a 100% remote environment
- Scripting experience in JavaScript, Python, or Groovy
