Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage each engagement, including planning, methodology, communications with clients and counsel, financial research, document review and analysis, client meetings, junior staff development, and marketing initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • CPA designation
  • CBV designation
  • Five years of progressive business valuation and litigation experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client files
  • Ability to present information to clients, counsel, or other relevant parties and provide clarification or explanation as required
  • Track record of well-written reports and correspondence prepared for litigation purposes
  • Ability to provide practical solutions to complex problems
