About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver engaging, high-quality speech and language instruction in a virtual classroom
  • Build rapport and maintain momentum comparable to an in-person therapist

  • Design and carry out individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's IEP

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must have an active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license from the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH), or be willing to pursue reciprocity
  • Must have a valid Related Services license from the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB), or be willing to pursue reciprocity
  • Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions on any license held
  • Experience with tele-health platforms for assessment and therapy delivery in a school/IEP context
  • Reliable, FERPA-compliant technology setup: webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, and private/distraction-free workspace
  • Comfort collaborating remotely with classroom teachers, case managers, and families
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
