About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary point of contact between IT and business user areas
- Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Translate business needs into clear requirements
- Prioritize the backlog of projects, enhancements, and initiatives
- Lead discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions
- Define and track value and adoption metrics
- Build relationships with social and educational, administrative, finance, and asset management areas
- Understand user processes and journeys
- Facilitate decisions among areas with differing interests
- Ensure alignment between expectations and deliverables
- Support data governance and data quality initiatives
- Identify opportunities to use KPIs and analytics
- Contribute to the advancement of a data-driven culture
- Support the definition of performance indicators for digital products
- Identify AI use cases with the potential to generate institutional value
- Support initiatives related to the FEAC Knowledge Base, specialized agents, and intelligent automations
- Assess the benefits, risks, and governance associated with AI adoption
- Promote best practices and encourage responsible technology adoption
- Support the project and product governance framework
- Participate in decision-making committees and forums
- Prepare executive reports and presentations for leadership
- Track schedules, risks, dependencies, and expected benefits
- Contribute to the evolution of FEAC’s IT operating model
- Interact with vendors, consulting firms, and technology partners
- Support solution selection and evaluation processes
- Monitor contracted deliverables and performance indicators
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification
- Experience in Product Ownership, Project Management, Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, or related fields
- Experience working with business user areas
- Experience gathering and prioritizing requirements
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with KPIs, business processes, and continuous improvement
- Intermediate knowledge of data and analytics
- Preferred: experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or the Microsoft ecosystem
- Preferred: knowledge of Generative AI
- Preferred: experience in Data Governance
- Preferred: Scrum Product Owner, PSPO, CSPO, or equivalent certifications
- Preferred: experience in the nonprofit sector, foundations, or social-impact organizations
- Preferred: knowledge of Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and information security
- Preferred: experience with ERP, CRM, BI, or automation projects
