About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify, understand, analyze, and deliver technical and functional solutions for incidents and requests related to Diagnostic Medicine
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 operational support to Bioimaging and Laboratory users of the MV2000 and MVSoul HTML5 systems
Support integration with legacy and secondary ERP systems used by other units
Diagnose and resolve inconsistencies in the examination workflow, from scheduling through billing
Monitor the transmission and receipt of data between MV, PACS/RIS, LIS, and laboratory equipment
Perform configurations, examination registrations, table declarations, and minor adjustments in the reporting, reception, and examination center modules
Map recurring questions, support the creation of operational manuals, and provide guidance to reception, laboratory, and imaging teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Practical and mandatory knowledge of Bioimaging operational processes (X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, etc.) and Clinical Laboratory operations (pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical phases)
Previous experience providing support for or operating MV2000 and/or MVSoul HTML5 systems
Ability to perform basic and intermediate SQL queries in an Oracle environment, including SELECT, WHERE, and JOIN
Understanding of examination integration using DICOM, HL7, or file exchange through tables/APIs
Knowledge of the SADT, Examination Center, Laboratory, and Bioimaging modules in MV
Basic knowledge of Oracle databases for validating MV operational tables
Analytical and investigative mindset
Clear communication and empathy when working with reception teams, biomedical scientists, nursing/radiology technicians, and forensic physicians
Agility and proactivity in prioritizing tickets that affect patient care or urgent reports
