Requirements
What you’ll need- Permission to work in the UK without visa sponsorship
- Mid-level engineering experience
- Generalist knowledge of product development concepts, including software design, product requirements, and work breakdown
- Knowledge of agile practices, including TDD, CI/CD, and architecture
- Ability to solve well-defined problems independently and with a team
- Comfortable writing code in C#, Java, or Python
- Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving requirements
- Ability to ask for and give feedback
- Ability to build relationships and respectfully challenge colleagues
- Ability to communicate work updates, progress, and blockers
- Experience or willingness to improve code, processes, and practices
- Experience or willingness to automate manual tasks
