About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Follow training on guidelines related to different reporting types and specific reporting requirements
- Access the fundcraft platform and review collected data for report preparation
- Identify missing mandatory data and liaise with the relevant team
- Ensure report completeness and data accuracy
- Escalate issues to the team leader
- Organize work to avoid delays in report distribution
- Ensure appropriate access to third-party portals for reporting distribution
- Report activity to the team leader through a monitoring dashboard
- Support the team with day-to-day transmission of reports to third parties
- Facilitate production of reports covering fund administration activities
- Ensure timely and accurate internal and external communications
- Work closely with the technology team to develop efficient and automated processes
