About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage day-to-day client relationships
- Lead the onboarding and training of new clients to ensure a smooth implementation and lasting adoption
- Serve as the daily point of contact for clients, build trust, identify their needs, and document feedback
- Flag growth and upselling opportunities to the sales team
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to improve retention throughout the customer journey
- Record client activities, follow-ups, and sales leads in the CRM
- Support product demonstrations and presentations led by the business development team
- Contribute to researching and participating in industry events and webinars
- Support Fundica’s growth in the United States and Canada by maintaining client satisfaction and quickly identifying opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate of a post-secondary institution
- Under 30 years of age
- Canadian citizen or permanent resident
- Participating in the Youth Employment Program for the first time
- Motivated and proactive early-career professional
- Ability to lead the onboarding and training of new clients
- Ability to serve as the daily point of contact for clients, build trust, identify their needs, and document their feedback
- Ability to flag growth and upselling opportunities to the sales team
- Ability to collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams
- Experience using a CRM to record client activities, follow-ups, and sales leads
- Ability to support product demonstrations and presentations
- Availability to work from the downtown Montreal office
