About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop a team of approximately 15 employees and organize workflows
- Develop existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Position IT and security solutions in the B2B market
- Prepare and calculate quotations
- Lead negotiations
- Ensure operational efficiency and profitability
- Plan, implement, and coordinate updates, upgrades, and expansions
- Continuously develop the IT and security infrastructure
- Ensure reliable operation of networks, firewalls, servers, virtualization, storage, video surveillance, and video management systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and security, particularly networks, firewalls, servers, virtualization, and storage
- Practical experience with Cisco and Fortinet
- Experience in technical B2B sales, quotation preparation, costing, and contract negotiations
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing the financial performance of projects
- Leadership experience and proven ability to develop employees
- Strong customer and solution orientation
- Very good German language skills
- Good English language skills
