About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Review, draft, and negotiate MSAs, product order forms, and supplier, customer, and technology agreements
  • Flag risks early and develop practical, business-friendly solutions
  • Translate legal and regulatory requirements into guidance for new product lines
  • Research regulatory requirements and use them to develop product specifications
  • Review product designs end-to-end to ensure they are launch-ready and compliant
  • Advise Operations, Finance, Trading, and Product on day-to-day legal matters
  • Support UK and cross-border compliance
  • Coordinate filings and regulatory submissions
  • Maintain policies, registers, and training for inspection readiness
  • Create and refine templates, clause libraries, playbooks, and best practices
  • Streamline workflows and automate routine legal work

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Qualified solicitor in Ireland (or equivalent common law jurisdiction)
  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience, ideally with a mix of law firm and in-house exposure
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple projects
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Enthusiasm for renewable energy, decentralisation, and technology-driven change
