About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review, draft, and negotiate MSAs, product order forms, and supplier/customer/technology agreements
- Flag risks early and develop practical, business-friendly solutions
- Translate legal and regulatory requirements into guidance for new product lines
- Research regulatory requirements and use them to develop product specifications
- Review designs end-to-end to ensure they are launch-ready and compliant
- Provide day-to-day advice to Operations, Finance, Trading, and Product
- Simplify complex issues into clear decisions
- Support UK and cross-border compliance
- Coordinate filings and regulatory submissions
- Maintain policies, registers, and training so everything is inspection-ready
- Create and refine templates, clause libraries, playbooks, and best practices
- Streamline workflows and automate routine work
Requirements
What you’ll need- Qualified solicitor in Spain (or equivalent common law jurisdiction)
- Fluency in Spanish and strong professional English, both written and spoken
- 5+ years of post-qualification experience, ideally with a mix of law firm and in-house exposure
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Enthusiasm for renewable energy, decentralisation, and technology-driven change
