About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the execution and continuous improvement of Procurement business processes, systems, and operational support activities.
- Manage key Procurement programs and activities on behalf of the market and provide subject matter expertise.
- Partner with Procurement, IT, and business stakeholders on process optimization, automation, standardization, and compliance improvements.
- Lead or support cross-functional projects, system enhancements, acquisitions, integrations, and strategic Procurement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and business insights for performance management and decision-making.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, training, and change management to support adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
- Support strategic Procurement priorities across Direct Materials, Indirect Procurement, Contract Manufacturing, Supplier Management, and Procurement Operations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience leading projects and working with cross-functional teams to drive performance improvement or change management initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to overcome obstacles in executing complex, multifunctional prioritized projects.
- Strong and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence without authority.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Copilot.
- Experience with SAP and business reporting tools preferred.
- Availability for travel and work beyond regular scheduled hours.
- Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate experience is a plus.
- Up to 5% travel.
