About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead several R&D projects/programs within the product technology center, focusing on Innovation and Renovation projects across frozen foods, including meals, pizza, and snacking
- Plan projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with Idea-to-Launch (I2L), corporate strategies, and commitments
- Orchestrate cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams across R&D, SBU, Zone, and Markets
- Manage stakeholders and negotiate with key decision makers and internal/external networks
- Report to the product technology center project management office lead
- Manage project scope, tasks, costs, timing opportunities, and risks
- Define project roles and responsibilities and perform resource planning
- Coordinate marketing, quality assurance, engineering, product development, and other cross-functional teams
- Communicate project status through oral, written, and presentation communications
- Facilitate coaching and collaboration among specialists and develop junior project manager capabilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of Bachelor in Science or engineering degree (or equivalent), with a sound knowledge of project management
- >5 years of project management experience, preferably in R&D and/or food & beverage company
- >7 years of experience in R&D, operations, markets, and/or commercial functions
- Proven track record of strong project management
- Project Management Professional (PMP/PMI) certification is a plus
- Candidates must be located in the United States
- Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm schedule
