About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and own the HR Mini Master (HRMM) solution architecture in SAP S/4HANA
- Design HRMM based on business and technical requirements, including employee and organizational data representation and maintenance
- Design and oversee integrations between HRMM and SAP/non-SAP systems, including data flows, mappings, interfaces, and integration mechanisms
- Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable functional and technical solution designs
- Provide architectural guidance to HR/HCM functional consultants, integration teams, technical teams, and business stakeholders
- Support testing, deployment, cutover, and resolution of technical, data, and integration issues
- Review solution designs and maintain architecture and design documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience with SAP HCM / HR and solid understanding of HR master data and organizational structures
- Experience designing or implementing HR Mini Master (HRMM) solutions in SAP S/4HANA
- Strong understanding of Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM)
- Good understanding of HR master data integration with other S/4HANA processes
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA solution architecture and integration design
- Strong technical understanding of SAP HR/HCM architecture, data structures, interfaces, and integration mechanisms
- Understanding of SAP integration technologies including APIs, IDocs, web services, middleware, and data mapping
- Ability to define interface specifications and troubleshoot technical and integration issues
- Experience defining integrations between SAP and external HR systems
- Ability to translate business requirements into end-to-end solution architecture and technical designs
- Experience supporting implementation, testing, deployment, and cutover activities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with business, functional, integration, and technical stakeholders
- Added advantage: Workday-to-SAP S/4HANA integration experience
- Added advantage: Knowledge of Workday and SAP integration technologies and patterns
- Added advantage: Knowledge of ABAP and ability to understand or review technical developments and specifications
