About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and processes for the Project Management Office (PMO)
- Manage and monitor the Services Division’s project portfolio
- Define project governance, monitoring, and reporting frameworks
- Consolidate and present executive reports and project performance indicators
- Support the prioritization of strategic initiatives and resource allocation
- Monitor project deadlines, risks, dependencies, and performance
- Ensure standardized project documentation, schedules, and controls
- Support project leaders and managers in delivering initiatives
- Promote continuous improvement in project management practices
- Support audits, governance controls, and project-related quality initiatives
- Serve as the liaison between executive leadership, technical teams, and other stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Valid PMO certification required
- Two years of experience in project management and working in a Project Management Office (PMO)
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, and hybrid approaches)
- Knowledge of project governance and portfolio management
- Knowledge of schedule planning and control
- Knowledge of risk management
- Knowledge of performance indicators and executive reporting
- Strategic vision, strong organizational and leadership skills, executive communication, analytical ability, and results orientation
