Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Professional background leading editorial, email, or audience content strategy in a digital publishing environment
  • Background developing editorial, newsletter, or digital audience products with direct reader relationships
  • Creative judgment with a track record of turning audience insight into product concepts
  • Experience taking email products from proposition through launch and ongoing iteration
  • Skill in evaluating concepts thoughtfully to refine ideas and elevate promising editorial work
  • Ability to leverage performance metrics to guide strategic decisions alongside editorial intuition
  • Experience partnering with designers, developers, journalists, and commercial stakeholders
