Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Good level of editorial experience within luxury interiors, design or premium lifestyle media
  • Experience managing and developing an editorial or creative team
  • Established leadership skills, with the ability to inspire people while setting clear priorities and maintaining high standards
  • Excellent knowledge of the UK and specifically London interiors industry
  • Understanding of the US design market
  • Confidence and credibility representing Homes & Gardens at senior levels of the design industry
  • Instinct for social and video storytelling and willingness to appear on camera
  • Confidence working with photographers, stylists, designers and other creative talent
  • Exceptional eye for interiors and instinct for compelling Homes & Gardens stories or projects
  • Skillset to host panel and other industry events in the luxury interiors industry
  • Ability to source outstanding houses, designers, projects and contributors
  • Excellent commissioning, writing and editing skills across print and digital
  • Experience developing and delivering ambitious editorial shoots
