About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive campaign execution and talent partnerships for high-profile branded content
- Work strategically across pre-sale RFP responses and proactive talent opportunities
- Collaborate with Editorial leads, Client Services, Paid Social, and Branded Content teams across Future Publications
- Secure optimal partnership rates, package opportunities, and whitelisting strategies
- Manage creator execution from sourcing through post-campaign reporting using CreatorIQ
- Manage talent contracts and negotiations
- Track campaign timelines and budgets
- Build custom creative briefs aligning creator style with brand goals
- Oversee talent during on-site activations and events
- Serve as the primary contact for content reviews
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and share best practices across internal teams
- Report directly to the Senior Influencer Marketing Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in influencer marketing
- Working knowledge of influencer landscape across all social media platforms with specific focus on Instagram and TikTok and YouTube
- Well versed in the current FTC disclosure requirements for branded content
- Must be detail oriented, highly organized, communicative and proactive
- Must have creative problem solving skills
- Must be self starter and able to prioritize and work across multiple timezones
- Must be experienced and comfortable working cross-departmentally and have good working relationships with their direct and other internal team members
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Personal relationships with influencers and agents through paid and non-paid partnerships
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Word (or the Google Office equivalents)
- Experience working with CreatoIQ or other influencer marketing CRM platforms
- Must be within a commutable distance from the London Paddington office
- Ability to work across both UK and US hours
