About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute cross channel media plans aligned with brand, client and campaign objectives.
- Analyse audience data, past campaign performance, and market trends.
- Build plans and proposals across magazines, websites, social platforms, events, experiential, podcasts and video.
- Collaborate with sales, creative, client success and partnership teams.
- Respond proactively to client briefs and develop effective market proposals.
- Report to the Head of Planning.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrated expertise in media planning, with experience building integrated, multi-channel plans.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, draw insights and build compelling arguments for the use of our brands.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and collaborate across teams.
- Understanding of digital and social channels, and emerging trends in media consumption.
- Experience in media, publishing, or marketing environments, ideally within a global or multi-brand organisation.
- Proficiency with media planning tools, analytics platforms, and standard office productivity software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- A helpful, can-do, positive attitude.
