About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver high-value and complex commercial branded content solutions from initial brief through successful delivery
  • Own projects and ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to a high standard
  • Meet client objectives and audience needs
  • Serve as primary client contact after the sale
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication throughout each campaign
  • Translate client requirements into project plans defining objectives, deliverables, timelines, resources, and responsibilities
  • Source and brief writers, designers, and other creative specialists
  • Coordinate with social media and wider internal teams to determine how to engage and reach target audiences
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and work across internal and external teams to tight deadlines
  • Identify and resolve issues, monitor progress, and communicate risks or changes to stakeholders
  • Provide expertise and strategic input on pitches, briefs, and partnership opportunities before sale
  • Act as central contact for partnership queries within Future Creative
  • Guide stakeholders through the partnership process and advise on commercial content solutions
  • Mentor junior colleagues and support a collaborative, efficient, high-performing environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 7+ years as a mid weight project manager in a creative industry
  • Experience of print advertising, digital advertising, online content, or video production
  • Knowledge of social media targeting and publishing
  • Confidence managing cross-departmental issues and communicating and maintaining Project Management team aims and objectives
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Desire to get stuck in and get the work done
  • Experience managing complex, multi-channel campaigns and projects, with a focus on quality and client experience
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects on track
  • Ability to build positive relationships with internal teams, clients, and partners
  • Experience supporting and developing others
  • Commercial and analytical mindset, including using campaign insights to make recommendations and identify opportunities
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
  • Interest in digital advertising and the wider media landscape
  • Ability to understand client needs and recommend relevant solutions
