Sub-edit copy across multiple Homes brands, primarily on InDesign layouts and also on Google Docs
Follow house style and champion the accuracy and appropriateness of editorial copy
Deliver consistently high-quality and high-volume sub-editing to challenging deadlines
Deputise for the Chief Sub Editor and Production Editors when necessary
Potentially sub-edit pages on other Future print brands
Work within the subbing/production team for Homes brands

Requirements

What you’ll need

Sub-editing/production experience
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Google Suite
Expertise in CMS systems
Knowledge of/interest in home interiors
Excellent sub-editing skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Willingness to become an integral part of the Homes team
Ability to work to challenging deadlines
Ability to achieve high-quality and high-quantity subbing
