About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work at the intersection of executive strategy consulting, AI-enabled transformation, and business development
- Perform hands-on consulting work with clients
- Participate actively in sales, shape opportunities, and grow client accounts
- Contribute to internal development within the service line
- Help organizations lead AI transformation by designing strategies and building impactful businesses and operations
- Co-develop effective and sustainable operating models and capabilities
- Understand clients’ current state and define ambitious yet realistic target states

- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
- Lead multidisciplinary teams
- Work with Finland’s public and security sector organisations

- Advise on how AI transforms business and operations
- Renew AI-ready operating models
- Plan and manage transformations

- Identify AI and data opportunities and assess their value

- Travel to client sites within the Nordics in the future
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with the public sector and/or security sector in consulting delivery projects or in-house roles
- 5–10+ years of experience in management consulting or in a senior in-house role driving digital, technology, data or AI strategy and transformation
- Experience from the past two years in leveraging AI and technology for business and process development
- Sales capability in strategic services, especially around AI strategy and business transformation driven by emerging technologies
- Experience in opportunity shaping, proposals, and executive storytelling
- Experience in client management and new business development
- Confidence working with C-level stakeholders
- Strong storytelling and PowerPoint skills
- Solid experience designing and facilitating workshops
- Experience acting as a delivery lead and leading multidisciplinary teams
- A relevant university degree (business, technology, industrial engineering, etc.)
- Strong communication skills in Finnish and English
- Familiarity with business design, service design, lean startup or agile approaches is a plus
- Swedish is a benefit
- Structured, curious, and comfortable with complexity
- Comfortable engaging closely with clients and senior stakeholders
