About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create and publish job advertisements on various recruiting platforms
Manage and carefully maintain the applicant tracking system
Identify and reach out to suitable talent through Active Sourcing
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring departments
Participate in interviews and, over time, independently conduct initial introductory interviews
Support day-to-day administrative tasks
Contribute ideas for improving recruiting processes
Gain comprehensive insight into the recruiting process and gradually take on your own responsibilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled at a university, for example in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a comparable degree program
Interest in recruiting and communication, with enthusiasm for engaging with people
Structured and reliable approach to work
Confident use of digital tools and ability to quickly learn new software
Initiative and willingness to learn
Excellent German language skills
Interest in social media is a plus, but not required
