Key responsibilities & impact

Visually inspect products before testing for conformity to standards
Inspect testing equipment and test booth/cage for proper operation
Prepare products for testing by safely making required connections
Perform repetitive electrical testing preparation and testing tasks of basic complexity
Separate non-conforming parts
Complete production and quality forms
Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Use equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results
Train others in testing tasks as needed
Inspect all work to ensure it meets requirements before passing it to the next operation

What you’ll need

High School diploma, GED or combination of work experience and skill development
Ideally 0-1 year experience working in a manufacturing environment
Ability to safely use small hand and power tools
Ability to read and interpret Drawings and Bills of Material
Basic computer skills
Ability to read instructions and understand verbal instructions in English
Ability to meet Medium–Heavy Physical Demand Level requirements
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally from floor to waist with assistance
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds frequently from floor to waist
Ability to carry up to 40 pounds occasionally up to 25 feet
Ability to push/pull up to 40 pounds frequently
Ability to perform frequent bending/stooping, squatting/kneeling, and lifting
Ability to perform continuous standing, walking, gripping, manipulation, and fingering
Ability to use hand/power tools frequently
Ability to perform two-person tasks using assistive devices for lifting, pulling and pushing
Must be eligible for employment verification through E-Verify
