About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma, GED or combination of work experience and skill development
  • Ideally 6+ months of experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to safely use small hand and power tools
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions
  • Ability to effectively communicate with supervisor regarding manufacturing processes
  • Ability to operate a variety of machinery
  • Ability to perform medium-heavy physical demands, including lifting up to 75 pounds occasionally with assistance
  • Ability to perform frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, standing, walking, bending/stooping, and squatting/kneeling
  • Ability to perform continuous gripping, manipulation, and fingering
  • Ability to perform variable hand/power tool use
  • Ability to perform two-person tasks using assistive devices for lifting, pulling, and pushing
  • Must comply with applicable safety procedures, rules, and regulations
  • New hires participate in the E-Verify process
