About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support operational, accounting, and strategic tasks and manage associated deadlines
Perform in-depth market research supporting Insolvency & Fiduciary Services clients
Collaborate on marketing collateral for distressed sale processes
Solve problems proactively and efficiently in complex, time-sensitive situations
Provide timely communication to internal and external stakeholders on engagements
Manage competing timelines and priorities on engagements
Work collaboratively with team members toward shared goals
Participate in ongoing training and gain exposure to deal work

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in a 4 or 5-year academic institution
Outstanding academic record with a minimum 3.5 GPA
Strong attention to detail
Business acumen
Business writing ability
Strong work ethic
Proactive, self-starter nature
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated research experience
Proven ability with Microsoft Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint
Strong understanding of the three financial statements
Familiarity with financial analysis and financial modeling
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Ability to manage up and across and proactively keep others updated on progress and challenges
Availability for at least 40 hours weekly between 9:00am and 5:00pm EST
