About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supervise the operational and administrative activities of the Customer Service and Logistics team, ensuring compliance with established procedures and service levels.
  • Monitor performance, productivity, SLA, quality, service-level, and customer-satisfaction metrics, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Manage and resolve operational incidents, ensuring prompt service and minimizing impacts on customers.
  • Act as the liaison between customers, carriers, drivers, operations, and the commercial team, ensuring an effective flow of information.
  • Monitor the proper use of corporate systems, ensuring the quality of records and information used for decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational and customer-service processes, developing and monitoring action plans to increase efficiency and quality.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in logistics operations, transportation, or Customer Service.
  • At least 2 years of team-management experience preferred.
  • Experience working for carriers, logistics operators, or road freight transportation operations.
  • Administrative team management.
  • Performance indicator (KPI) management.
  • Knowledge of logistics processes and the transportation chain.
  • Knowledge of CT-e, MDF-e, CIOT, and transportation documentation.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • TOTVS Protheus ERP experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of TMS systems.
