About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, implement, and evolve corporate, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure architectures
Ensure the availability, scalability, security, performance, continuity, and cost optimization of environments
Administer and evolve Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments
Drive technology modernization, high-complexity troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, capacity planning, and continuous improvement
Design, implement, and evolve corporate connectivity infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, VPNs, VLANs, and QoS
Implement and evolve Information Security and access governance solutions
Support the architecture and evolution of data platforms, ETL/ELT pipelines, integrations, APIs, databases, and Data Lake, Lakehouse, and Data Warehouse solutions
Develop and implement infrastructure automation and integrations using PowerShell, Python, REST APIs, Git, IaC, and CI/CD
Implement and evolve observability and monitoring solutions for infrastructure, security, applications, and pipelines
Provide technical support for critical systems, applications, and integrations, including Protheus ERP, TMS, web applications, databases, and APIs
Participate in digital transformation, modernization, migration, implementation, and site expansion projects
Support business continuity, disaster recovery, risk management, LGPD, compliance, and audits
Serve as the Infrastructure team’s technical reference, supporting Junior and Mid-Level professionals, disseminating best practices, defining standards, and contributing to the technology roadmap

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in the architecture, administration, and evolution of corporate infrastructure environments
Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, switching, routing, BGP, OSPF, VPNs, QoS, wireless, and SD-WAN
Experience administering Fortinet, Cisco, Juniper, VeloCloud, or similar firewalls
Knowledge of load balancers, DNS, DHCP, and other infrastructure services
Experience with high-availability environments and critical operations
Experience designing solutions on Microsoft Azure
Experience administering IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS resources
Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Defender
Knowledge of Kubernetes/AKS and Docker containers
Knowledge of FinOps, Landing Zones, and Cloud Governance
Knowledge of Data Lakes, Lakehouses, Data Warehouses, ETL/ELT, pipelines, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Databricks, Delta Lake, SQL, relational databases, Python for data applications, APIs, and Microsoft Fabric
Knowledge of data quality, security, and governance
Knowledge of hardening, vulnerability management, Zero Trust, IAM, RBAC, MFA, Conditional Access, PIM, EDR/XDR, Defender for Cloud/EASM, Microsoft Sentinel, LGPD, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, technology risk management, and penetration testing
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Zabbix, Grafana, Dynatrace, PRTG, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics
Knowledge of defining and tracking KPIs, SLAs, SLOs, alerts, capacity, and dashboards
Knowledge of PowerShell, Python, process automation, REST APIs, IaC, Git, version control, CI/CD, and provisioning and configuration automation
Experience supporting and maintaining Protheus ERP (TOTVS), TMS systems, Microsoft SQL Server, IIS, web applications, integrations, APIs, and GLPI
Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, technical vendor management, projects, BCP, DR, documentation, technical standards, capacity, availability, and technology risks
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field
Analytical, technical, and consultative profile; technical leadership; ability to serve as a reference for Junior and Mid-Level professionals; proactivity, autonomy, communication, and problem-solving skills
