- Draft legal opinions
- Respond to legal inquiries
- Prepare and file pleadings
- Monitor court proceedings
- Attend meetings with judges’ chambers and at courts
- Represent the firm at hearings
- Prepare reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- Full-time, exclusive commitment
- Active and regular registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
- At least 1 year of experience as an attorney representing banks or creditors in judicial reorganization proceedings
- Demonstrated specialization in Corporate Law and/or Judicial Reorganization
- Proactivity
- Analytical ability
- Tenacity
- Proficiency with cloud-based work platforms and tools
