About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead discovery workshops, interviews, and process design sessions across cross-functional business units
  • Author user stories, functional specification documents, process swim-lane diagrams, and UX wireframes for technical and executive audiences
  • Define solution architectures across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud
  • Establish requirements for Tableau, including Tableau Pulse metric-driven analytics, and integrated Slack conversational workflows
  • Evaluate custom versus declarative configurations in Salesforce Flow Builder to protect system scalability
  • Collaborate with onshore/offshore development and QA teams to validate technical deliverables against business logic
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing, including script creation, execution, and stakeholder sign-offs
  • Provide functional direction and review guidance to junior Business Analysts
  • Support IT governance, release management strategies across seasonal Salesforce updates, and operational support
  • Optimize GAF’s Lead-to-Cash process and shape Salesforce and Analytics platform strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration (IT emphasis), or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of dedicated Business Analysis experience
  • At least 3+ years actively driving projects in the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Demonstrated track record with Lead-to-Cash implementations in enterprise manufacturing, durable goods, or supply chain environments
  • Functional familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, Slack App integration, and Tableau / Data Cloud-powered analytics
  • Strong working knowledge of security models (OWDs, Sharing Rules, Permission Sets)
  • Knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC), REST/SOAP APIs, and CI/CD tools such as AutoRABIT, Copado, or DevOps Center
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies using Jira or Azure DevOps
  • Proficiency in visual modeling via Lucidchart or Miro
  • Salesforce Certified Business Analyst OR Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without employer-sponsored visa
